How It Works

In your order notes please specify what frame and fork you intend on installing it on. We have a selection of hardware offered in the box as well as different length fork potentiometers.

We ship the system to you for 1 week for ample time to include dialing in the fit on your frame and fork as well as time to use the system.

When you're finished it goes back in the box it arrived in and using the included return label you put it back in the mail!

Compatibility

Our fork potentiometer will work with any fork that can attach to an air spring cap at the top (ie Fox, Rockshox, Ohlins) and is more than 150mm of travel. The rear potentiometer typically mounts very easily to shocks mounted outside the frame such as transitions and specialized however requires more ingenuity for shocks mounted through the frame such as most VPP bikes and ones like the current specialized enduro. I would recommend having a mounting point game plan as well as watch videos on other mounting solutions others have come up with. I will mount some here to.

None use returns and other info

We do offer refunds. These only qualify under the event the hardware remains unused and exactly in the condition it was sent in. If those criteria are met we will refund the total amount while deducting the price of round trip shipping on the item. The refund will be processed after we have received the item back at our facility and is inspected. Damage to the unit other than minor scratches from normal riding conditions will result in an appropriate charge to your account. Letting us know before returning the item would be preferable. We are understanding of incidents and would like to hear from you first.
